Recipe in Swedish. Kladdiga chokladkakor: 175 g mörkt choklad, grovd hackad, 50 g osaltat smör, 5 msk vetemjöl, 2 krm bakpulver, 1 krm salt, 2 ägg, 3 dl strösocker, 1 tsk vaniljsocker, 125 ljus choklad, hackad + ugnen 175 +tv? ugnspl?tar med bakpapper +smält choklad och smör sakta i en sk?l över vattenbad. L?t blandningen svalna n?got. Blanda mjöl, bakpulver och salt. Vispa ägg, strösocker och vaniljsocker till en ljus och luftig smet. Rör ner chockladblandningen och därefter mjölblandningen och hackad ljus choklad i smeten. +klicka ut smeten p? bakplatarna och grädda i 8 till 10 minuter. Ta ut ur ugnen och lyft över hela bakpapperet med kakor p? galler för att svalna. bon appétit!

I hope I captured at least a little bit of amazing energy was there… 6 comments Some time I come back to the place where I grew up in Poland. Today I taste the food, I pick some berries, look at the sky… Sometimes I wish to be child again to see how a child sees. I take camera and collect my memories. I know one day they’ll be the most important things that I have.

Some time ago I got to know my couple little bit more – during pre wedding photoshoot (you can take a look here) we had fun, we were creative, we just were ourselves I guess. I will always remember their wedding, amazing people, mixture of different languages and cultures, special atmosphere and energy. We have started our day in Haga Parken, Stockholm…
1 comment When I first met Johanna and Daniel for an engagement photoshoot it was -20 cold. When they got married in Park Folkets Hus in Älvsjö with their closest friends and family gathered – sun was shining and emotions were “floating” in the air… Johanna grew up close to the reception place, so she felt like home but even more happy that day, she said. When they’ve been looking at each other I got warm around my heart. Plus - they are the most “kissing” couple I have ever seen! Below some reportage shoots of the day.

Nothing really changed so much, pictures are the same, I am the same, just I’m saving tones of time with professional displaying images!
